The Knight Bus Revelation After inflating Aunt Marge, Harry flees and flags down the Knight Bus. The conductor, Stan Shunpike, shows him the Daily Prophet front page, which features Black's picture. Stan explains that Black was a supporter of You-Know-Who and murdered thirteen people with a single curse, including a wizard and twelve Muggles. He also says Black laughed after the massacre. Harry is shocked and frightened, realizing he is a target. The Minister's Concern Cornelius Fudge meets Harry at the Leaky Cauldron and is unusually lenient about the underage magic. Harry later overhears Arthur and Molly Weasley arguing: Arthur reveals that Black is after Harry, having been heard muttering 'He's at Hogwarts' in his sleep. He chased Pettigrew, who faked his death by blowing up the street and cutting off his own finger. Lupin's Confirmation Remus Lupin, who had been a friend of all four, confirms the story. He explains that he and Sirius were both deceived by Pettigrew. Lupin had suspected Sirius, but now he knows the truth. He also reveals that he is a werewolf, which is why he was ill at the full moon. The Marauders' Map, with its nicknames, is proof of their friendship.
